This charming retreat has just recently become available and offers peaceful privacy on a dead end road in Fayston, while being conveniently located just 2.5 miles up Bragg Hill, from downtown Waitsfield, and close to nearby ski areas, Sugarbush and Mad River Glen (12-15 min drive).

Ski season lease, 4 or 5 months with flexible start and end dates (Dec-April)
$3,000 per month (utilities not included) Home is very energy efficient.

The space:
An open floor plan boasts a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, a comfortable dining and living space, as well as an attached office. Upstairs you’ll find a hallway with a new washer/dryer, leading to two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and room darkening shades, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Kitchen floor is heated and has on demand continuous hot water.

This is a private house and guests have access to the entire property, including a shed for storage of larger items such as bicycles, golf clubs and skis. It’s simple, clean, Updated, and has everything you need to relax, unwind, cook and sleep.

Important Notes:

** As you can see in the pictures there is no railing on the stairs and the lower half of the staircase is open to the living room. While we welcome children, we just want to advise for safety reasons, it would be possible for children to fall. Please make sure your children are supervised at all times.

*There is an A/C window unit in the main bedroom ONLY. There are fans for each room if needed.

There is only one bathroom in the house and it is located on the second floor near the bedrooms.

No parties, no pets, no smoking
